Late Arrival and Early Departure

The total amount of days booked will still be charged, as stated on the European legislation.

Terms and conditions for cancellations

Refund of the deposit will be applied in case of cancellation prior 21 days from the arrival day for the High Season and 15 days for the Low Season. The cancellation, to be valid, needs to be written.

Beyond this conditions, the deposit amount will be kept as payment. The guest can benefit of using the deposit paid for a future reservation within the end of the calendar year.

Deposit for a minimum stay of 5 nights will be kept as payment in case of cancellation.
