Junior Apartment

The Junior Apartment of Tenuta Merlano Agritourism has two levels and it is composed by 1 triple room with double bed plus single bed, 1 double room with twin beds,  2 ensuite bathrooms with shower, a living room with fridge and  kitchenette.

The Junior Apartment, therefore, can host up to 5 people, it is the ideal holiday home for families or groups of friends. It also represents the best solution for who wants to spend the holidays in company and still enjoying comfort and privacy.

The apartment has an independent entrance decorated with an ancient portico overlooking the garden which is equipped with a gazebo. Here the guests can enjoy the relax of the beautiful Roman countryside, where the Agrimerlano is located.

The Junior Apartment is part of the finely refurbished farmhouse which is located a few meters away from the swimming pool and the main building of Merlano Agritourism. Therefore it is immersed in the park of the estate and is surrounded by olive trees as well as fruit trees. The guests can also use the barbecue available there.

This Apartment, as well as the other rooms of Merlano Agritourism, is equipped with air conditioning, central heating, television and wi-fi.

Free accommodation for children up to 3 years old (baby cot, if needed, has to be booked in advance).
Children from 3 to 10 years have 30% off on the price shown.

Cats and dogs that can be brought into the apartments of the Agritourism are welcomed. The fee for the deeper cleaning of the rooms hosting pets is € 15 for stay of 1 or 2 nights and € 35 for stays of more than 3 nights.
